Government Educational Videos

In conjunction with teaming partner Nine Yards Media, ASAA Multimedia has commenced production on the next of a series of educational multimedia products for the Prince William County, Virginia Government. Designed to educate property owners and renters, the Neighborhood Services Division is informing residents and businesses about the support services available in the county to help build community, and keep the county clean and safe. The completed products will include long and short-form video, produced in English and Spanish and available on DVD and through the County Cable outlets.
18th CD in Sodexo Series Produced

ASAA Multimedia has recently completed the 18th Compact Disc in a series of trimester video-based presentations for Sodexo USA. The interactive multimedia resources assist on-site managers in over 500 locations worldwide in the planning and execution of supporting corporate cafeterias. The CD contains menus, cooking instructions, marketing materials, and all necessary items required for running of the cafeterias. In addition to the core technical component, ASAA produces the videos contained within the presentation, providing an end-to-end solution for this international corporation. The latest version includes integration with the Sodexo intranet and MS-Outlook calendar.
AJSS Captures Prestigious Award

The American Jewish Summer of Service video, "Best Summer of My Life" has captured a Telly Award in the category for Non-Profit/Charitable Organization. The Telly Awards honor the very best local, regional and cable television commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions, and work created for the web. Since the release of the video, AJSS has experienced significant growth in its program.

Fundraising DVD Supports Successful Campaign

The Sidwell Friends School recently closed a successful fundraising campaign ahead of schedule and in excess of its target. ASAA Multimedia was proud to help this effort with the production of the "Call Us Friends" DVD. The multimedia presentation released in an original and updated version featured information about the LEED Platnium Certified Middle School. The only such building of its type and use in the United States, the Middle School building itself is part of the faculty and curriculum for the Northwest Washington school.
DILO Captures four Telly Awards

The "Day In The Life Of...a Future Energy Customer" (DILO) video has been awarded 4 Telly Awards. Produced for the Customer Care Research Consoritum in partnership with Part2Pictures of New York, Navigant Consulting and the Distributed Energy Financial Group, LLC, the video projects the customer experience of energy consumers in 2015. The presentation was awarded for Tellys: Use of Graphics - Silver (Highest Honor) Public Relations Government Relations Cinematography The Telly Awards honor the very best local, regional and cable television commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions, and work created for the web. ASAA worked with the consulting partners to develop visioning strategy for the Utility Industry clients, and articulated the future view of the customer experience through written and visual deliverables.
ASAA kicks off with the Freedom

ASAA Multimedia is pleased to provide video services for the return of the Washington Freedom Women's Professional League soccer team. ASAA adapted the league video for local promotional use. Competing in the Women’s United Soccer Association (WUSA) from 2001-2003, the Washington Freedom is regarded as the world’s premier women’s professional soccer club. Featuring U.S. national team stars Mia Hamm, Abby Wambach and WUSA All-Stars such as Jennifer Grubb, Carrie Moore and Siri Mullinix, the Freedom won the Founders Cup III, the 2003 WUSA Championship. With the WUSA’s announcement that the league was suspending operations in September 2003, the Freedom competed in a series of exhibition events in 2004 through 2006 under the moniker "Freedom Reserves." 2006 saw the Freedom take the field as an "Associate" member of the USL W-League, playing a regular schedule through the summer. In 2007 the Freedom became full members of the W-League, going on to win the North American Title.
Redeveloped Non-Profit Site

ASAA Multimedia is pleased launch The Constitution Project website. The new site features updated branding and a fully dynamic solution on top of a SQL Server and .net framework. With the new functionality, this advocacy organization will be able to fully update and add to its core initiatives, its news and events sections as well as its static pages without any knowledge of computer code, or delay implementation.
Institutional Recruitment Video

ASAA Multimedia is pleased to announce the release of a recruitment and education video for The American Jewish Society for Service. The video educates and informs prospective students, families and administrators about this well established international service program from the perspective of current participants. The final product will be a multi-faceted DVD as well as web-embedded video files and additional presentation materials.
Production Commences on Design Site

The website will highlight the unique interior design qualities of the firm, their sustainability implementation measures and unique position in a competitive field. The site features a robust Content Management System which enables staff to fully maintain and update their site without any technical capabilities.

Geared towards the home-owner resident, the Neighborhood Services Division is educating the public about zoning issues as they pertain to Code Enforcement to make communities safer and more attractive. The completed project is available on Cable Channel 23 as well as on DVD distributed at government centers throughout the county.

These presentations include multimedia tools which integrate video, power point and extensive PDF resources to assist mangers in the field in implementing cutting edge marketing and promotional programs. Steptoe is a leading litigation firm with offices worldwide. Partners and clients utilize the center to facilitate document production and discovery orders in the course of managing its litigation cases.
SEO for Mentoring Site

ASAA Multimedia recently completed a comprehensive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) evaluation and implementation program for the mentoring website, bebetterguys.com. The analysis included a review of the existing website code, the organization’s business plan and goals, and Marketing Strategy. ASAA provided bebetterguys.com a complete set of technical and business recommendations to better position the site with its intended demographic, and increase its placement upon search engine query results. As a result of these efforts, traffic on the site has more than doubled.
ASAA Completes Program Archive DVD

ASAA Multimedia recently unveiled a DVD presentation which includes all of the materials associated with an internal Nature Conservancy program. Complete with training materials, research papers, a photo library and all of the historical elements of the Parks In Peril initiative, this resource is being used by field agents to help implement new initiatives.

Utility Video Production

Production of the "Day in the Life" initiative for the Customer Care Research Consortium of Public Utilities was premiered at the Customer Care Research Consortium Winter Meetings. This multimedia experience showcases possible interactions of the future between utility companies and their customers. Since the Spring of 2007, ASAA Multimedia has collaborated with the Distributed Energy Financial Group, LLC., Navigant Consulting and member Utilities to develop the communication and visioniing strategy which resulted in an articulation of themes and outputs for this initiative. ASAA Multimedia worked closely with Part2Pictures of New York City to execute the vision of the project.
Development begins on Federal Highway Initiative

In conjunction with teaming partner Design House, ASAA Multimedia is pleased to develop another web solution for the Federal Highway Administration. The site features a dynamic portal conference calendar which enables all regional employees and staff to interact remotely. In addition, ASAA is developing a secure portal for end-users to upload files, without the need for FTP access. The secure environment will host the organization’s archives and other mission critical data.
Global Express Billing System Undergoes Makeover

ASAA Multimedia is pleased to work with Global Express Billing System to migrate their virtual payment application from Verifone to a web-based interactive system. The current system is used by over 5,000 locations. Based on a Microsoft .Net platform, the application will be on a stable, system widely used throughout the industry. The scalability of this platform for future adaptations will make expansion into new arenas relatively seamless.

ASAA multimedia is pleased to announce the launch of the newly re-branded and revamped <a href="http://www.ajss.org" target="_blank">American Jewish Society for Service Website</a>. <br><br> AJSS links social conscience to Jewish consciousness, engaging teenagers in acts of tikkun olam – repairing the world – one house, one park, one community center at a time. The mission of AJSS is to build leaders by inspiring volunteers to put their Jewish values into action while providing service to communities in need and developing skills for independent living. <br><br> The new website enables efficiencies in staff time by helping promote the organization, organize alumni, and provide a meaningful way of distributing images and other information to participating families. <br><br> The website also features newly implemented Search Engine Optimization functionality, to enable the AJSS to boost its standing upon search engine query.

The Grantsware 2.0 web site is now live. Grantsware is a web-based grant management application that provides necessary solutions to effectively manage and streamline the grant-making and funding request procedures. In addition to tracking funding requests, this solution provides a full lifecycle for the management process from grant requests, through the award process, financial tracking and reporting (annual/quarterly etc as designated), and through final award. The site contains lightbox style gallery, multiple flash demos, and a secure users log-in area. This fully interactive contest management system allows the end users to custom build, create and manage contests for the thousands of locations under management. These contests are executed in partnership with leading multinational food producers such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi and Kraft.

ASAA Mutlimedia created a new website for CHECKPOINT STRIKEFORCE. CheckpointStrikeforce.net is a research-based, multi-state, zero-tolerance initiative designed to get impaired drivers off our roads using checkpoints and patrols when and where drunk driving is most likely to occur and, to educate the public about dangers and consequences of drunk driving. The site includes a secure login section where states can access and share resource materials to help promote their messages.
