Prepare a solution plan ASAA Multimedia works with you to define your goals, objectives and constraints. During this planning stage, a needs analysis is undertaken and a project plan is developed to manage the project scope, approach, technical assumptions and goals. Our complete requirements analysis evaluates not only your current needs but also those future plans and needs you can articulate. Once the project plan is complete, we produce a design document which fully explains the look & feel and functionality of the solution.

Design We approach each project with the understanding that every client its own style, culture, design, and functionality requirements. We work closely with you to ensure requirements are effectively captured during the design stage without sacrificing functionality. There are several approaches to the aesthetic skin of a site. We can work or rework utilizing and existing branding scheme, or develop a new one. We ask for a review of existing sites for favored design sensibilities, and we work with you to develop themes and color schemes. From these inputs, ASAA Multimedia provides a series of mock ups and a static “demo” site for preview of functionality and layouts prior to programming. During this process revisions are made and a final “look and feel” is confirmed.

Develop Once the design has been tested across all platforms and browser types, and approved, ASAA Multimedia commences the integration of the technical elements beginning with the core Content Management System (CMS). All other tasks are developed and implemented within the CMS.

Test Upon completion of the site, and prior to going live, the solution is thoroughly tested on multiple platforms to ensure compatibility and functionality across browser types, operating systems, and if applicable, mobile devices. After testing, we provide you access to the website to ensure that it meets the requirements for production implementation established during the requirements analysis process.

Train Once the site has been tested and completed, we create a user manual which contains complete, illustrated instructions on how to use and maintain the site. We will also train staff on website usage and management.

Implement After the solution is thoroughly tested, we provide you reviews the final product to ensure that it meets the requirements for production implementation. ASAA Multimedia can provide application and web hosting services, maintenance and search engine optimization services if requested.

ASAA Multimedia Process – Post Implementation

Maintain After your website is completed and you have been trained on how to use it, ASAA Multimedia services remain available to you. We can provide hosting plans with maintenance hours suited to the complexity of your site and your budget. We have multiple service plans to meet the complexity of your site. In addition, since all of our hosted sites include email and ftp services, we back up our sites every 12 hours and make sure they are always running the latest up-to-the-minute current software available, giving you the peace of mind that your data is always safe and accessible.

Promote During the Needs Analysis phase, we will assess the target markets and messaging. Based on these inputs, we will advise, or create content for your site that maximizes search engine hits. The content on your site should be optimized to your target market both from a technical and analytical standpoint. Our core functionality enables baseline Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to maximize exposure to search engine queries. We offer a multitude of SEO packages, including statistical reporting, analysis, and SEO implementation. We also integrate customized social media strategies, including leading tools such as Face book and Twitter. We will work with you to ensure appropriate deployments and messaging to support the organizational mission.

Upgrade Once your site is completed we will continue to be available to monitor, fine tune, and expand functionality per your requirements. During the initial build process we take considerable time to place “hooks” for future enhancements. This helps keep your site modular and reserve resources towards future expansion.

Review We will meet with you on a periodic basis to review the status of your site, evaluate potential user upgrades within modules as well as modular expansion.

ASAA Multimedia builds websites, applications and databases to the exact specifications of each client, we are able to focus and prioritize solutions that will accommodate needs for today, yet are powerful enough to grow as your priorities change and expand in the future. The benefits of a customized application compared to an out of the box solution are apparent in the seamless integration of different modules and the future flexibility of the overall site. Unless we are utilizing third party applications (Google Search or Google Maps, for example), once we have built your application, the only follow-on costs are those associated with hosting or future upgrades. The software licensing and additional costs are included in the hosting package.
